Mitt Romney didn't paint a very optimistic picture of the situation between the Palestinians and the Israelis during his secretly recorded speech at a fundraiser in May. But yesterday, Romney unveiled a new foreign policy which is in direct contradicition with the policy he stated just five months ago. Watch it.
Alex, the teabagger congress has been cutting the security budget for the state department for the last two years, but it's also true, the administration could have done more and did underestimate the level of unrest, which, of course, coincided with the anniversary of 9/11.
There has been turmoil in the middle east forever, always made worse by America meddling in other countries' affairs, not for their best interests but for ours. Our poor choices and actions have come back to bite us time after time.
TAX THE RICH, Rmoney would be the poorest choice ever for America.

Breaking News-----get ready for this one-----a new report from Reuters story about how people at Benghazi asked for extra security from the State Dept and their request went unanswered.
Look for the robot to be all over this one. He has already used the deaths of these 4 Americans to try and score political points and they are going to do it again, just watch.

Not only FDR, but Dwight Eisenhower and JFK both abhorred the war mongers. Ike warned us about the military industrial complex and its power in his farewell address to the nation. JFK warned us about the dangers of the CIA entanglements all over the globe. He wanted to disband the organization and so does Ron Paul.
You take the military, corporations, and the new "religious right" and you have a toxic combination for global disaster. When the evangelicals decided to get tangled up in politics and global affairs things started going seriously downhill. Barry Goldwater warned us about that entanglement.
And now we have this robot, this caricature of a leader, trying to appeal to all 3. It just makes me cringe, but it also makes me fear for our future. Between him and his goofy sidekick who pretends to know math, our nation is going to be taken further to the brink of global chaos and bankruptcy. And by that I mean not only financial bankruptcy but moral bankruptcy. The secret power brokers are sitting behind closed doors now just champing at the bit to get their "guy" elected. Probably trying to figure all kind of election angles that they can cheat and bribe and fudge the numbers so he squeaks by. The vote suppression seems to be hitting a bit of a snag in the road. There is no way the Supreme Court is going to rule in their favor, no way. Not after 2000, 2004, and citizens united. They don't want to start riots in the streets and that is what will happen if they rule in favor of the idiot S.O.S. of Ohio.
Again I look to the electoral map and it tells a very different story from these squeaker poll percentages. I don't know why people pay such attention to them when it is the electoral college that picks the president, not the popular vote and not the polls.

What a bullshit artist. I reiterate, this guy does not know who he really is. He is way too comfortable pandering to whatever crowd he is speaking to. Moderate crowd...speak moderate, hard core conservative crowd....talk hawk, Labor crowd, roll up your $200 dollar shirt sleeves and talk like you actually got your hands dirty once.. Oh, I forgot his 1994 campaign where he attempted to change his image as a wealthy corporate buyout guy, with a back firing ad campaign showing a series of "work Days". Yes folks, he herded cows, bailed some hay, unloaded a fishing boat, and hauled some garbage. They even showed him shirtless, Putin style. Hispanics, put some man tan on yourself, and tell them your old man was born in Mexico, flip flop on Obamas amnesty program, holy roller crowd, talk like a righteous Christian, not a Mormon. Pro women's rights / anti women's rights. Foreign nations would never know where Flip was coming from with his daily policy changes. I just don't see a leader in Romney. I see a rich boy that by virtue of his wealth believes he is entitled to be President. The ultimate plastic candidate telling whoever, whatever they want to hear on any given day.
Food for thought, his approval ratings as Governor in 2003, 64%. Three years later? 34%, , 48th place out of fifty states. That's who the real Mitt Romney is. It didn't take long for Massachusists to see through his B.S.

I just wanted to add a change of subject: Why are the polls not lies by the liberal media. For weeks we heard the right screaming the polls were lies and now the jobs reports are lies. The polls show a tie and I can bet if the jobs numbers go up to over 8 these clowns will be loving BLS. These people that listen to them are just idiots who believe what they are told. They cant fact check a darn thing as they are too busy watching honey boo boo... What has our nation become?

This man is living in the time when great nations were taking land from the people who lived in weaker nations. The brits empire is gone, the russian empire gone, and our empire in gone. He wants to have the empire back plus add a few countries along the way.. I know he will never see his family in uniform or his supporters their kids fighting all the wars we will be in. Wake of america war is destroying our country just as it did to rome, greece, and russia who lost because of the military debt and we will be going down the same road under the gop=tea baggers. If they want war so much then send all the gop=tea baggers and their kids to war and reinstate the draft for them only. Let their hate be giving to the battle field and see how they love war then.

Mitt's standing in front of an aircraft carrier with his chest out - whoo hoo tough guy!. The only thing missing was a lifesize photo of him and Ann on a bicycle built for two with a picnic basket in front of a vineyard in the Beaujolais region - one month after he applied for and received his first of four deferments and 2 months after he protested to support the Vietnam draft.
