Mitt Romney's offshore accounts are gathering more scrutiny and Mitt refuses to explain them. We can't wait to hear whatever trumped-up reason for keeping his money in foreign banks Mitt eventually produces. Dick Durbin joins Ed to discuss it. Watch.
Mitt Romney stated this about Offshore Investments:Sound Familiar: Mitt Romney stated this about Offshore Investments: 'I Don't Even Know Where They Are' …....how is that being on top of things as a business man Mitt?
Bush said something like that too: "I don't know where bin Laden is. I have no idea and really don't care. It's not that important. It's not our priority."

Mitt Romney is a successful Off-Shore Business Man............how does that help create American Jobs?????
Mitt does not want voters to see his tax returns, off-shore foreign business investments & off-shore foreign bank accounts for one big reason & that is most voters won't like what he is hiding....& in my opinion some shady business going on off-shore..........With Mitt: it is all about Mitt's Money...............even if it is bad for America!!!!!!!!!.........how does that help the American economy??...........what if all Americans hid their money off-shore?????

What is Mitt Romney hiding? Why won't Mitt release his tax returns for the last decade? Mitt claims we are all envious of his money, so why so secret about it Mitt? Maybe Trump should send some investigators to the Cayman Islands, Switzerland.......off-shore to investigate??????
My question is will Mitt keep his money hidden off-shore in foreign banks & foreign investments as President????? Conflict of interest Mitt? MItt claims he has no idea where his off-shore accounts or investments are???........so Mitt you might be investing around with terrorists????????......you said you don't know???????????......how scary is that???? What if your money is going to SuperPacs through a foreign entity???.........might be breaking some laws Mitt?????

Not 2009, article on Yahoo says he released 2010 and an estimate for 2011. 2011 he promised to release what actually filed before the general election.
Missing years if tax disclosure was required while he was gov: 2000-2002,2008-2009,2011(filed not estimated)..if he doesn't win in 2012 there will be no reason for us to know 2012. and i don't really want to know his 2012 tax obligation.

Romney was gov from 2003-2007.
Aren't his tax returns public from that time?(idk, perhaps the law requiring disclose did not yet exist while he was gov)
He released 2 years of tax returns last year...so those are 2009-2010?(i think)
His dad and most politicians are releasing 12 years? So the missing tax returns are....
2000-2002,2008, 2011-2012?
I'm asking not telling, did he have to release tax returns while he was a gov?
i guess 2008 would be a very eventful year to know(where there is smoke there is often fire)

It's a crying shame that Obama has to depend on his policies failing to see the light of day other than rhetorically, and then Obama gets to merely mention that the GOP took its ball and wouldn't play. That's all he can do, but he must tell it and tell and tell it over and over because we are dealing with a sound byte culture. It's all about the rhetoric. Thanks to 2010 elections that's all we got.
The shame is that people are too dumbed down to get it right off the bat, and that the media is not to be counted on for any better.

Obama's speech today regarding tax cuts for the middle class: "let's agree to do what we both agree on" GOP and Dems; in other words Congress. Oh K..... uh don't hold your breath.
But please media, put it out there, the obvious; hypocrisy.

All presidential candidates should submit their tax returns for at least the last ten years. There should be NO exceptions. If all the other presidential candidates could easily follow this, there is no reason why Mitt Romney should not follow suit unless he has something to hide. I hope the Democrats do not stop pressuring Mitt to do what is a reasonable request. We already know that Mr. Romney has accounts in other countries. We need to have a president who puts the US first. If any candidate cannot do this, he or she does not deserve to serve in this capacity.

was watching the young turks this afternoon and there was a part that talked about what mittens donors at the big 25,000.00 per person say about us little people or the common folks. These people including mittens and annie dont get it we are the engine that drive this country not them. I spent many years going to these people homes, and I found the new rich are just like the woman who made the remarks (goggle la times 8 july 2012) when you get there go to the page click what happening and and politics and scroll down, and read how self centered these assholes are (no other word for them)... I went to homes of old money and there know what it is about not like these assholes. As for mittens we all should know about his money matters and if he ok he shouldnt have a problem, this is just like everything he dose hide and not inform us of his plans which we dont have to guess what they are.
