You're right, Ron. I will send comments to the Denver Post and our local right wing rag. It's time we spoke out. Teabaggers paint liberals as un American, welfare queens, and couch potatoes collecting unemployment. They talk about unions like they are some huge liberal mob taking money out of their pockets. Well, I got news for them, we are workers, we are veterans and active duty, we are volunteers, we are taxpayers, we are the fire fighters who save your home and the nurses who care for you. We are Americans as much as any teabagger and more than phonies like the robme family.
TAX THE RICH, the real Americans are being crushed.

President Obama mentioned that the GOP filibustered the Dream Act in 2010. Romney seems to be tongue tied about the Dream Act. The Affordable Care Act will help Hispanic voters get affordable health insurance for their families. Many millions of Americans have received help with getting health insurance under the Affordable Care Act. The Supreme Court ruling next week is important but not the last word on the subject. What has been said over and over is that tens of millions of Americans really like the Affordable Care Act. The Hispanics particularly will take notice of the Dream Act and the Affordable Care Act. The Democrats can look Hispanic and Latino families straight in the face and say "we are on your side and will stay on your side".
I think the election for president right now is tipping in President Obama's favor. President Obama must hammer the do nothing GOP Congress if the American Jobs bill is not passed or the Transportation bill/Student loan interest bills. Sure this race will be tight but Mitt Romney has no policy on the Dream Act and no policy for providing 50 million uninsured Americans with health insurance. These two issues will make a big difference in Western states and battleground states at the polls in November. Democrats must work hard, donate, and remember that better days will come for America if President Obama is in the White House. Mitt Romney has failed supply side economics under the Paul Ryan budget that won't put Americans to work. Nothing trickles down to the middle class except the bailout bills under GOP policies.

Neither Romney nor Rubio can relate to these people. So Romney's father was born in Mexico. So what. He was down there so his father could have 5 wives legally period.
Rubio's story is nothing like Mexican immigrants. The Cuban story is far different. He also lied about when his family began coming here. He tried to use anti Castro sentiment and say that his family came "in exile". Then the fact checkers got ahold of his story and found out he was about 10 years too late. He really has had no explanation for that. He just didn't think anyone would go behind him and do a little research. He's a neophyte and totally not ready for prime time.
The President made his case. Romney and Rubio did not.

MItt Romney needs to be asked this question: Will you run the economy like you did at Bain Capital since you have so much experience outsourcing American Jobs overseas while making money for Bain Execs "the top 1%" while everyone else "99%" goes belly up?????????? Sounds like another bailout to me!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mitt Romney will ship American Jobs overseas & model the economy after his so called business experience in the so called real economy where the top 1% win; while everyone else loses................loses their jobs, their communities, their Social Security, their Medicare, their life savings, their homes & etc..........................Mitt will bankrupt America just like he did at Bain............

The Mitt Romney Economy.........this is what Mitt says is the real economy & the model he will use to rebuild the economy as President: Bain structured deals so that it was difficult for the firm and its executives to ever really lose "Top One Percent", even if practically everyone else involved with the company that Bain owned did lose "The Middle Class 99%", including its employees, creditors and even, at times, investors in Bain’s funds.
That isn't change.......that is what caused the mess in the first place.........rigging the system for the top one percent off the backs of everyone else............that lead to the Great Recession & Bailouts.................shipping jobs overseas & bankrupting everyone else.

GOP War on Latinos
The Republican Party of NO, Obstruction & Sabotage are against everything; even the very bipartisan things they used to be for.

The tea baggers=gop are affraid of the idea that other people from different groups are going to replace them as top dog. The AHCA is an issue in not just for minorities but for all americans and the dream act is for all people who came here as small childern. The tea baggers=gop just talk about the latino population, but there are people of different races that are in the same boat as the latinos, and the dems and the president has to talk to them also. There are young people from asia, europe, and other areas that are illegal and are in the same boat as the latino kids. These people on right are pointing their fingers at these people to distract their followers from the real issues that face most americans who are not in the top10%. As for the media Pat they have their readership that they must feed to keep business and the idea of unbiased reporting to me is becoming a thing of the pass. The best place now is on the web for fact finding as there are no corportions doing ads and no need for big dollars to keep the press rolling. I have people here who are big foxie snooze watchers, and when I ask for facts to back up foxie they cant and then I give them independent facts. The sad part of this that they will call me and most likely any one else who disagrees with them a liberial, a progressive, or their biggest insult they think is to call me and others unpatriotic or unamerican. I just say again here is the independent truth and you can find it here or there look it up then we will talk. The other way to fight back is keep sending letters to the editor or opinion pages that have unbiased facts and call these nuts out. I have done this here where I live and some people say I am not PC and I just say so what if you cant stand the truth then I am sorry for you. So Pat use the power of facts, and write you paper and dont stop fighting as this is what the right wants from the left and that is not to speak up so the right message is the only thing people read. These people are affraid of the truth!!!!!
just my humble views

Romney's on his heels with this issue. His solution? "self deportation" Why, that's brilliant Mitt! Why didn't we think of that sooner? When they all self deport Mitt, who is going to do the gardening on your estates? The grand old puke party blocked this, now they have to pretend to embrace it for the Hispanic vote. Even Faux News is saying it's the right thing to do. Let the tap dance begin. Mitt will probably declare it was his idea and take credit for it like the GM bailout. Remember folks, problems aren't real problems when they hold office. "Deficits don't matter". Shucks, there were no "weapons of mass destruction" after all. Only when a Democrat holds the Whitehouse, we must be OUTRAGED EVERY DAY ABOUT .....( fill in reason here).
